Cash flow is king but it is a sustainability factor with more linear gains than exponential ones.To that point, an architecture education will expose you to a network of individuals who would otherwise be off your path.

CASH is king and we buy for cashflow, having no cashflow for 4 years is a tough pill to swallow.I do have an additional $10k per year as a maintenance budget which I think is a a bit high.
