As a quick introduction, I’m an active-duty Air Force member stationed at Rammstein Air Base.

I’ve been observing in the background for a few months I wanted to finally reach out with an introduction along with seeking some advice.I’m current living out in San Diego where I purchased my first property with a VA loan in 2017.

I could write paragraphs on what I did and all the people that said I couldn't do it.

That means that I put as much of an effort as possible in my projects and highly value my partner’s time and business – which is especially important, when dealing with people, who are working/living thousands of miles away and in a different time zone.I hope, these few lines work as a proper introduction and help to jump start my journey.I this context: all the best, best regards and enjoy the rest of your Sunday!

Most tenants don't even read their leases in their entirety despite walking through it with them step by step, paragraph by paragraph, and page by page.  

Most of their buyers I encountered had never done even one deal before.Think about the above paragraph real hard.It would be my contention that a buyer with a reasonably responsive agent and a specific plan (area and rehab type) could secure a better deal using their same tactics straight off the MLS.
