New to Bigger Pockets and Charleston, Looking to Network!

Hey everybody, I'm new to Bigger Pockets and am trying to network. I moved to Charleston just under a year ago, I opened a small business in February and I'm eager to get involved in real estate. I'm most interested in buy and hold rental properties and would like to start with single family homes or small multifamily homes. I'm basically looking for anyone willing to throw some knowledge my way as I get started. I hope to hear from you!
