Because of the tax owed on this property, there should be motivation to move forward and sell (since it doesn't seem at this point like they've paid any mind to the property).I'd skiptrace the petitioner, give them a call and introduce myself as someone that helps in these situations. 

For a first meeting, I would just open with 10-15 minutes of introducing yourself and discussing why you wanted to start a meetup, network, add value to each others lives and real estate ventures, learn together, ect..

Hi BP,I have been lurking around this site on and off for about 2 years (probably longer) and I finally decided to introduce myself to the community (can’t be part of it if I don’t contribute right?).
