In regards to finding deals and networking with other investors / contractors, I do host a local real estate meetup in the Worcester area and we have a ton of flippers attend.

I'll try to attend the next one whenever that might be!

Hey @Allen Smith, not sure if you like listening to podcasts, but there a ton of great multifamily podcasts these days that can help you get started.I got started by reading books and listening to a ton of podcasts to help me get familiar with the process and lingo, then started attending local multifamily meetups, and eventually invested as a limited partner (passive investment).

I would suggest attending local real estate meetups to help with the education piece and hopefully finding a mentor.

Personally, as a real estate agent on the ground in Colorado Springs and Denver, I see how often sites like Redfin and Zillow and Realtor.com are wrong about these things, but come on!
