Is Western Mass good flipping area

Hi my name is David I’m new to BP! I currently own 2 multi-family rentals and I’m thinking bout trying my first flip. Is western Mass a good area to fix and flip? Anyone from that area with experience Amy advice would be greatly appreciated…thanks in advance 👍🏾
