@Dustin Cook If you are still working on education and just beginning your journey, I would incorporate your journey.

I personally believe a great cook is the most important thing a restaurant has.

She brings construction at cost to the pot and I am bringing deals and will do my RE license soon so we can cut that cost too..

Killeen overall is a melting pot and I do have homes in nicer neighborhoods that do require way less attention.

It's like if I go to the restaurant and go into their kitchen and tell the cook how to make my meal, that can't happen.  

Get rid of the problem ASAP, IMO.I guess people's attitudes are changing about pot.

There's also a twist you can offer him in a note carry situation that may sweeten the pot if he wants to purchase new property.  

Tim,You may also have some "pot vents" installed on the hip roofs.

If this does not solve the problem it might be a good idea to relocate the smoke detector because I imagine it would get fairly annoying to have the smoke detector go off every time you try and cook.

If you follow Federal law and have a non smoking policy then you should have no problems controlling/preventing both the growing and smoking of pot on your property.
