If you get a deal on paper, ask to do a estoppel agreement between you and the current tenants to know what they have agreed, what the landlord has promised and may not have delivered or things not in writing.

This can make it harder to get offers accepted.What I do for VA deals (they fall in my lap because I'm a veteran), and what your local lender can do too:- If that realtor has closed a VA deal with me, I write that fact right on the preapproval letter.

anyone have any tips on how to write the letters sent to the addresses. some of the homes are vacant and some are just neglected. how should i write the letters. any advice. thank you BP family
