If you do end up unemployed I'll be happy to have you back on and drive traffic to whatever you're doing at that point (outside of the 4-9 gig...).The step up basis seems to be the thing the 1031 guys are worried about, on the whole.

So that bodes pretty well for increased traffic.

You probably need to show business traffic is happening and not just that it looks like a salon.
