Have anyone received an email or letter from ramp stating it’s an approval letter my application has been paid 2 weeks and utilities paid but my landlord haven’t  updated my account on my web portal as of yet my rent was due November 5th I’m trying to see do I need to paid them out of pocket or has ramp already paid them because that will be double pay I don’t won’t late fees or court orders

They should have a section 8 web site specifically for you listing a property. 

I was told that the gov't program that buys these loans has shifted focus and does not have a great desire for this asset class. 

The Band of America Grant Program gets overlooked too often.

They also have a monthly program for about $10.70 which involves them fixing the boiler for certain things if there is an issue...I wanted to know if anyone has used any of their services and if it was worth it?

Everyone and every scenario is different because of credit scores, LTV/CLTV, Loan amount, DTI, Property Type, Down payment, Loan program, Income Doc Type, Number of Units...There are far to many factors to ever state what the average rate is without putting it into context. 

There is a free trial option that I'm aware of but I believe the program caps you after sending five documents.
