As to a disservice, hopefully it will sound the need for due diligence in considering any "program" and I'm sure my advice to a proven route for education is more sound than sending newbies to the guru stores.

I actually like porcelain time even better, but it requires a sturdy floor to install and is more expensive.Home depot and other stores only carry a few colors in stock, but can special order others.
