Doing before and after photos of your fix and flips really are a great way.

Personally I can make sure the numbers work on a  subject property from my computer, I can even get a pretty good feel for repair costs from the photos.

@Mark Ferguson  Nice years work... congrats.... put the jetsmarter app on your phone. you earned it. then drive the lambo up to the air-stairs those always make great photos of success  :)I think this will be my best year ever in Real Estate as for once all the cylinders were hitting and I only had one fouled plug.. a project on the Oregon coast were I lost 30k..

Rental comps have three bedroom homes in this area renting for 1,200, so the cash flow for the cost of the house is what gets me most excited (although feel like there is appreciation opportunities after fixing it up).So, I'll just post the photo album here - http://imgur.com/a/RMx8z I'd love your thoughts as experts on if you feel like this would even be in the ballpark with the photos.

Also, require video, not photos, for all walkthroughs on which you base your benchmark draws.

For some reason I'm struggling adding photos from my phone.

I took photo's before I boxed or moved anything.

As a real estate broker, I use zillow as a guide sometimes and to see quick photos if I am not in MLS and on my iPhone.
