Commercial developers routinely attach deed restrictions (often called "restrictive covenants") to property to restrict the use of the property.

It can be frustrating to read someone post negative things about a company when they are leaving out the entire story.I asked my staff and they said you have been appreciative and I am confident our communication has been excellent as that is one of our core values we focus on and routinely get told we do well. 

Push thru, do things that make you uncomfortable, be creative, keep going. 

(Like the owner, relative etc)I will then ask the following questions:-  When was the last time furnaces or other routine items maintained or serviced?

Our boiler did not have any zones for 22 apartments which is an insane set up, and the tenants obviously were very uncomfortable being either too hot or too cold.

. - I just didn't enjoy living life in a daily routine under the paralyzing shade that the comfort zone casts.

I am right now thinking about owner-occupant however I have children and their routine and comfortability may be greatly compromised.

@Cheree Harris I am a big advocate of landlord/owner safety and if you ever find yourself in an uncomfortable situation you should remove yourself immediately.

When we compare the quality of Rehab that this home had vs what midsouthhomebuyers routinely does, there really is no comparison.Because I still have properties being managed by the other companies, my preference is not to name them here.

I use the same metric when running my numbers just assuming that snow removal costs will be similar to the routine lawn mowing.
