I've briefly looked at Zillow data but couldn't find much relating to this.Any tips/tricks to find this data?

It worked, got to get the dirt on each tenant and didn't have to put all that pressure on myself as owner/landlord.I learned a lot, I spent a ton of time on YouTube learning best tricks to fix, repair, and save money on properties.Fast forward 13 months, I'm moving out of the 4 plex and closing on a 6 bed/ 3 bath house with 2 car garage huge backyard and I have a new tenant ready to move in our 4plex unit.

Is there some rule or trick that can help me out...

The trick is to be active in the market so that you can spot the deal and take action.

The trick is to get them to ask YOU about the investment.

I also find that optimistic, hoped-for pro forma rents coupled with hidden concessions that drive low vacancy is a usual trick by criminal brokers.
