Locating Towns with Higher Concentration of Multi-Family Building
Hi everyone,
I'm seeking information on how to easily locate townships that have a higher concentration of multi-family buildings comparative to other townships. Is there an easier way to find this out than what I'm doing?
For example, I'm in Chicago and I'm investigating suburban markets that have a higher than normal concentration of multi family buildings. I want to analyze northwest, western, and southwestern suburbs but I have found no easy way to do this. I've been looking at realtor sites (zillow, redfin etc..) and filtering for MF buildings but this only shows me whats currently listed. I've briefly looked at Zillow data but couldn't find much relating to this.
Any tips/tricks to find this data?
Thanks!
Steve
