I am a travel Physical Therapist, along the same lines as a Travel Nurse.

However, my ultimate goal is to step away from doing that and have passive income in order to do the other things in life I love to do (travel, spend time with friends/family, etc).

Then depending on floor plan you could do some airbnb, travel nurse or corporate rental, build some good income then satisfy obligation with seller by the end of the term when your DTI is in better shape.

The end goal to be to free my self from a regular job making more time for travel, family, hobbies, and other personal projects.From this site I hope to learn more about investing of all sort but especially stocks. 

Also had free accommodation, 6 months paid vacation 3 winter and 3 summer so needless to say I traveled a lot, been to 14 countries.

Distances in Germany are not like in US, so a manageable 5h travel covers a lot of cities for me.

There is a unit in our building of which the single owner died (death did not occur in the unit), and the daughter who inherited the property is out of state, lives in a capital city, no driver’s license; she has no means or ability (considering COVID travel restrictions) to visit, clean out and sell the unit.
