Seems like it would make it much more difficult to influence the BPO on short sales, particularly when you don't have access to the real BPO agent at the time of the walk through.

So by waiting on the BPO, it increases our chances of getting it a little lower and if we list it right away at a lower price we're hoping(again, we're testing this currently) if and when the BPO agent see's this, it will help 'influence' the BPO's price opinion to the bank.

My properties in Birmingham are the same, however I am talking about a guest home in one of the best places in Southern California where tenants are more selective and have options (Also the competition is fierce) There is substantial difference between fall/ winter and Spring / summer.

The major deciding factor for me not to "invest" in my RDPD education was the lack of any substantial testimonial throughout the Internet from folks who have "invested" and participated in the Advanced Wealth programs.
