If you opt to stage the apartment hang a few black and white prints and add a pop of color.I guess just choose something that looks good with the flooring and the lighting in the room and stay away from crazy colors.

A follow up to the second question, I was thinking blank envelopes but it sounds like you are branding your envelopes with some form of print and then using a different source to actually label them with individual lead information prior to mailing.

It sounds from your comment, "originally the lots were sold as tract lots", that it may be a sub division as a PUD will most likely have been built in unison with all the homes being close to the same age and from the same manufacturer/s.

Just found out that the maximum allowable Rent is 3.7% In BC does that sound About right?
