Invested locally in a single family home in Utah, you could probably expect a $300-450/month cash flow.I hope this helps! 

You would also want ongoing personal and business reporting updates to the landlord at least quarterly.The company might have many locations as an example but set up a single entity LLC or just a few locations backing the lease.

I was planning on getting a single family home live in it for a year or so, and then move out and rent the whole house.

But they smashed them together as one single listing that never existed)Actual "solds" within 0.5 mile (hopefully less) and within 6 months are best.  

I didn't sign because they had no obligation to make a single payment after.
