You can thank me later.Concentration and focus are great to a point, but when you get that nagging pain in the base of your neck or the upper part of your back and it seems like no amount of rubbing it will get rid of it; you need to stop doing what you're doing and break the chain.  

Agree- owning the asset is a pain because of how hands off one has to be.  

I always try to communicate a lot with the listing agent when writing an offer, as I like to find any pain points or wants and needs the seller has that can play to the buyer's favor.

FHA 203K loans can be drawn out and sometimes a pain if you do not have experience or have all of your "ducks" in a row. 

I realize there are different levels of work ethic based on the region of the country and some places people just move slower, but it has been painfully slow.

I was planning on starting this endeavor with a very good friend of mine in the Atlanta area who shares the same aspirations as me and is also very sharp with their finances.

The only risk is the pain of moving slightly backwards.
