Not sure how relevant this is to you because these properties are in florida but for 2 houses it costs 180 dollars so about 90 a house and they are a bit smaller then 2000sqft keep in mind thats because the houses are rented out weekly/biweekly.... its also important to tell you that i do not have a chimney or large windows (would cost more)...i also provide the cleaning supplies for them myself.....there is also no carpet which would certainly cost more.
