After this post i will look to have a fresh post for each goal as i progress to financial freedom.  

Eventually you'll have thousands of completions and hundreds or thousands of plans in progress but you have to walk before you can run.Share your goal and some of the early plans as far and wide as possible.

Hi Joshua,I'm no direct mail expert yet, its a work in progress, but i just wanted to mention to you that when you are looking for pre-forclosures a lot of the time the owner is in the midst of selling and just stops making the payments to the lender for the last few moths as they approach the close of escrow date. try and find a way to scrub your list against this so you don't waste money.

The rest you can sort out along the way as long as you continue to learn from your mistakes and educate yourself as you progress.

I have four rental properties and want to continue to progress and purchase more as the opportunities present themselves.  

I keep going back and fourth as to whether it makes sense right now to house hack taking this 3 year timeline into consideration.I like privacy space and freedom, but I also like cash flow and progress. 

But, while using a Scrum-like process for rehabbing would introduce the same overhead, I can't think of many advantages it would bring.In addition, with Scrum, your entire team needs to meet each morning to review progress, product backlog, etc.
