The backbone to investing is security and you build security of your own entity by clearing up your finances and presenting a strong product to use the great benefits of the VA loan.

I'd certainly recommend talking to a CPA and an attorney but also remember that those people are in the business of selling you on those products (that's how they make a living). 

Hi @Amon NeequayeYou can always work with lenders in your area, most of the time they should have access to 100's of wholesale lenders products across the USA.

@Lee Whited I don't know anything about NewDay USA's product (other than getting a letter from them in the mail 2-3x week trying to get me to do it). 

Income varies by area, season, etc… I’m interested to hear about the products you have. 

I'm not sure of the specifics here so your best bet is to speak with your loan officer and find out which product is better for you.

I would get estimates from both lenders and brokers to see what loan products meet you needs.

Purchase mulit-unit and live in one and rent the other , hold on to some of the cash, until prices take a decline for you.
