Hello, I was offered a kind of paid internship to manage properties for two buy and hold investors who own 35 properties as partners.

I've done a few tax pre-foreclosures before.

**Required: Must be a managing broker in or around Atlanta, GA - Flat fee, no commission's paid unless you bring a buyer.

Never once had one redeem in all the years..Not to say there Is not a first time for everything :)of course if you can get the release pre sale this could be a benefit in two ways for the note buyer.One it could produce 3p bidders that would buy the note and if the OP bought it at a significant discount this could be a nice quick flip.. but if the sole intention is to gain control of the asset one MAY be wise to keep the IRS lien in place to scare off other bidders and risk the redemption that in all likelihood will never happen..  

They have paid a large amount on the home, and would rather sell it quickly versus losing all their equity.  

Do you have to have a certain % of the house paid off from the original loan? 

Suggestions on banks in Miami for pre-approvals...it's my first one so I'm just looking for references.

Get a pre-qualification letter so that can help you with some seller's.Find\Get Team members you can trust to help you and keep you from trying to do everything yourself.  

This method won't increase my monthly cash flow much in immediate future, but as loans are paid down and hopefully appreciation occurs, my overall situation should improve dramatically.
