A successful partnership requires the following three - Money, Time, Experience.At the moment, it doesn't appear that you have Time or the experience.You should partner with someone who can fill in the voids, so you want somene who has the time and the experience, given that you have the money.

Going through that experience was the worse, and I told myself I would never have that happen to me when I started investing, I guess that is what is causing me to be a stickler to the rules.
