I am curious how this would play out:The original Offer is signed by Member A of New LLCThe Operating Agreement submitted with Offer only shows Member ANew LLC is sold to Member B by selling the membership interest of Member AAt closing, Member B shows up to sign on behalf of New LLCWhat type of paper trail is required for this transaction so that the closing attorney doesn't blow a gasket trying to reconcile all the parties involved??
