I’m looking to get my feet wet investing in the Orlando market not only because I call it home, but also because there’s so much job, population, and tourism industry growth here.

Another suggestion would be to partner with someone you know and trust where you not only get your feet wet with the help of an experienced flipper, but also protects you a bit by only having half the investment yo risk.  

The asphalt is pretty old, and there are numerous cracks and some small pot holes.

I probably will have to settle for a paint and carpet flip to get my feet wet.

My appraisal came back with numerous inaccuracies in my property and comp properties though, which really raised concerns as to the level of due diligence on the appraisers part.

Lenders are still requiring wet signatures on loan docs. 

I walked the entire area of this town that I was interested in and looked at many properties and made numerous offers.

Huntsville has seen 11% growth since 2010 and is anchored by strong economic drivers, including the Redstone Arsenal, a Toyota manufacturing plant, NASA, Boeing, and numerous other major technology and aerospace companies.

Unsure if it has gotten wet or exactly what the issue was/is. "  I had already had this property completely rehabbed.
