Want to leverage sweat equity for future automation (i.e flip and rent, short term business, etc.)Considering the current market, I feel like there will be opportunities arising in the next 6 months in the area.

Ultimately I am worried about protecting our business's reputation, the safety of our tenants, and having a viable rental.

To start you may have to do everything but eventually you will want to build a business not a job that relies on your physical labor.  

@Kade Robertson I do but I spent 4 years putting it together and it's how I grow my business so will give info but I hold my maps dear, hope you understand.
