Hi All -Just ran into this issue myself - how much did it cost to get the common area box wired and running?

All of the manuals for everything in my own home fit in one half of a portable filing box.

Prices were just as good as the big box stores.

Usually old properties are underrated and need upgraded to 200 amp boxes.

Has anyone else had their listings mysteriously deactivated on Zillow Rental Manager?

they are willing and will easily qualify. they live across the country. i have been using a long series of mailing addresses. mostly po boxes. it reads like i will still have problems with my history.

Unfortunately in that price range from the "box" stores the quality is going to be crap although it should last quite a few years.
