Additionally you are released from any restrictions for occupancy after one year.So example I buy a property near the smokey in tennesses right I go up in that area every year for one week I would still have the keep the property still vacant for six months or can I have it up on the OTAS till the week I go ?

@Jason Redeker happy to answer any questions about operating short-term rentals in the Lake Geneva area...I'm the owner of Elite Lake Rentals and we manage 7 fully-licensed homes there...3 in the city limits (180 consecutive short-term rental days with the remaining 6-months being 30-night min or 1 rental per month) and 4 other homes that can be rented year-round. 

Something like ok, last month I took an off-market tenant occupied worn down SFR, seller wanted it ran off-market, in 10 days we had 4 offers in hand and went through over 2 dozen conversations looking through details to consider offers.
