I love the youtube video btw. 

They get 10 cards from people. 9 are vanity cards. 1 has useful info, information video link, etc., etc.

I didn't see any pics of the house in the video but how much repair does it need?  

I have done my homework, i have watched the youtube videos by bp and others that are part of bp.

I have learned through various videos and books to "think big".That is just a little bit about myself, but I look forward to hearing from anyone interested in finding out more about myself, my goals and dreams, and what we can do to help each other in this crazy world we call real estate.
