I am a relatively new landlord and I’m trying to figure out the requirements if we needed to file a judgement against a tenant for excessive damages to our property.

I see the upside in owning a park - the land values are likely to increase over time if in quality areas but what about the homes themselves?

I ended up choosing to invest out of state b/c the numbers and landlord laws just didn't make sense to me.

Maybe you can find a flat piece of land and develop a truck and recreational lot for the HOA communities that don’t allow 18 wheelers or RVs to be parked within the community.

We have meeting for brand new investors, flippers, multi family, women investors, landlords and more.

I also know that Airdna is a great tool to search for markets; however, as someone new to real estate, evaluating and choosing between different markets is a lot to take in; I tend to get analysis paralysis when presented with loads of stats that I haven't quite yet learned how to analyze effectively.I should also mention that my idea is to buy some land and build an A-frame cabin.
