They blight the neighborhood even more and frankly, they don't work.If you're looking for alternative marketing ideas, I recommend looking at online (PPC / adwords, Facebook), direct mail (inheritance, probate, divorce, vacant, expired, etc), door-knocking, networking, and cold-calling.
