Hello, I have done a few flips in Los angeles during the time when Auctions at the Courthouse steps were on fire! Properties are more difficult to find at this time. I am looking into Probate and MLS listings. Any advice would be very welcome, I know everyone is challenged at this time to find new products.

I am very excited to be joining such a great group of people who seem to be looking out for each other in a very protective way, when one would think the opposite would be true!

Thanks for all the help and I look forward to learning from all of you!!

Taro
