@Bob Stevens,If you remove the human/life element, then price/price/price works just fine!   

There are 3 fundamental human NEEDS, and people will seek to fulfill these needs REQUARDLESS of all other things, including economics, war, any of it.

At the end of the day, we’re all humans and need each other.

They are human beings..

We can talk all we want about differences in A/B/C class properties and that most people are good human beings and just looking to find their next home, but even if there's a 1 in 1000 chance of running into a serial killer with a nice voice on the phone why would any owner/Realtor/agent/PM take that chance? 

please save all the negative comments, alot of people can say this and say that, but how many people are really actually  doing it though.This is my first rodeo, i may have made a few mistakes along the way, but were all human.  

Obviously.It is simple human psychology.

One problem I’m having is my ability to find motivated sellers in this metro area.I’ve heard that every market has deals because all owners are human and humans have problems.

Humans are psychologically wired to feel insecure without more, it doesn't matter what level of wealth we're at.
