Heights are my one weakness.I can walk up mountains etc. and go up some heights but something about climbing really high straight vertical gets me.I can do the obstacle courses but if we are talking climbing hundreds of feet up a wall it does something to me.I guess it's because being on an angle I have options but vertical if the support goes I am fubared.Bill,I have done some triathlons before but have not been in training for that lately.Last one was over 2 years ago.I do have some weights that I can put on my wrist or ankles and I have done that.I typically am on the computer a bunch so will wear them at the desk for 5 or 6 hours and then take them off when I get to class at night. You have to be careful with the weights straps. You can find cheaper vests and ankle, wrist weights but the quality is bad and the weight can be distributed unevenly causing problems on the joints.
