So for it to work properly, you will need to use excel on a computer.I use only my mobile phone and sold my pc long ago....

You cannot expect a part-time mobile home park manager to drive your business, but simply to do things that you ask them to do so YOU can drive the business.

I searched the forums and couldn't find a single post about mobile homes.

The families with young kids actually love it because it keeps the kids off the screens, but the younger couples on a "getaway" always say something.We're letting it ride for now but may look into a T-Mobile hotspot as they just added a new tower nearby.

Still looking into areas in NJ (I work physically in NYC and would need to be close by once offices open up)I have 5k saved up now and will have 25k by March 2021 ending ..and that's a conservative projection.I would like to buy my first used car so I'm mobile as I look for property in NJ.I have 10k saved to buy the used car and am looking at cars in the 7-8k range.My question for you guys is: Am I overspending considering my REI goal?
