Who are mobile home owners?

Question

I ask from a marketing standpoint.

the sfr market is so vast that it is saturated with every type of individual or group.

but so far as mobile homes its still catching on, at least I think so.

What have you all seen as the most likely oerson or groups to be interested in mobile homes?

Retirees, small just starting out families, industrial workers from out of state, veterans, minimalists, people fed up with city life? Just curious of others experiences!

Both answers above are great for mobile home owners if they are inside a park.  But I'm unclear if you could mean an owner of a mobile home and the land.  If this is the case it opens it up to many more people.  In my area blue-collar workers love them, people that value land/privacy, people with animals, and people with large trucks/trailers to name a few.

My brother owns a MH, and has been living there in a MHP for several years. He is a tech in the utility industry (doing "shutdown" work); he makes GOOD money and has a lot of time off. He could afford a really nice, big SFR in some McMansion subdivision. However, he is single, and the lot rent is much cheaper, allowing him to squirrel away more money. He also owns a large amount of acreage "out in the sticks". His choice to live in a MH has allowed him the freedom to pay down a large amount of his land, and to buy equipment he needs to start a farm... dump truck, bulldozer, backhoe, etc. He plans to move out to his land in the next 12-18 months. So, for now, he prefers "MH Life".

Yes this is what I mean, so I was really wanting to focus my efforts on a particular class of folks that I could help out consistently and your answer makes sense.

@Tino Buntin Most times, the people who are mobile homeowners grew up around it. Either their families and/or friends live in them already. It's really hard to convince people who are not familiar with the niche of mobile homes to live in them. Though, the tiny home movement is different and tends to attract a more younger and hip crowd.

Here are a few of occupations of people in our park: retired, welders, certified nurse assistants, walmart, retail. One of our tenants said it best "this is cost effective living"!
