The only way I would ever consider anything like that it would have to be a perfect storm.

It doesn't seem anybody ever ends up truly owning anything lock, stock, and barrel. 

Unless something in the world really changes, those prices are going to come back down and stabilize closer to where they started.

Regarding wholesaling, Illinois changed the law about 4 years ago which requires wholesalers, for the most part, to have an agent license.
