I am about to close on a $80K home in Kenner, LA that I plan to flip.  

I am planning to enter the Austin market soon for a fix and flip or fix and rent, most likely with hard money.

I am new here and I am interested in learning how to flip real estate.

Offer to help them for free with whatever they may need in their business (be it organization, finding deals, marketing, painting their flip, etc) in exchange for their mentorship during your first deal.

with finding the many ways i can find and finance my first flip i was curious on a wholesalers POV.I was wondering if wholesalers do deals with flippers who dont have the payment in full CASH but get a loan via a mortgage?

In the last 13 months I received my license, bought 16 rent houses, flipped two houses with 500+ sq ft additions, and scraped three 1000 sq ft houses and build new 2600 sq ft homes.

It seems like a reasonable flip if I can buy way lower than what he's offering, or potentially a seller financed deal?
