I'm not an electrician, but I disagree that this will bring things to code; connecting the receptacle ground to a water line is not a good practice to follow.Here is a quote from a link discussing GFCI devices that you'll see below:All circuits must have an effective grounding system with low impedance on the ground wire back to the panelboard.http://www.compliance.gov/forms-pubs/eresources/fastfacts_GrndFltCirInterDec2009.pdfAnd based on that snippet, I would venture to say that even if you use a GFCI breaker in a panel, that you will still need to have a three-conductor wire going to the receptacles that are to be connected to that breaker, with that third wire being for the grounding.

If you have insufficient capital/insurance/etc, the Court may decide that the entity is basically a farce, a way to deprive creditors of the money they are owed, and will allow the creditors to pursue you personally.The only point on which I disagree with Bill is that I think instead of reading a textbook, the better avenue would be to spend a couple hundred with an attorney to set up your business and get some basic advice.

If/when you get treated wrongly, you could try mailing the property owner to inform them of how their PM behaves.If you disagree and would not sign any of the addendum, I would dispute it now before you give notice.
