I always wanted a railing on the bridge but it would have to be custom made and would probably cost thousands.

One of the strategies that my property management team currently does to try to generate more PM leads is that we send out mailers to any expired and sold multi-units on the MLS.

It helps you to understand what goes on with managing a property so you can better manage your property manager in the future.So, decide on a market that the numbers work for your strategy.

Has anyone successfully implemented this strategy?

It's expensive and hard to stick out there.If the motivation is to pay cash and wait for rates to come down, I don't like that strategy.

It's better that the parcel maintain it's single-family zoning so that an SB9 strategy can be executed in the future.What else...?
