This was previously an Assisted Living facility.

., Tesla and SpaceX — all of which have major production facilities near Austin — “to be able to live in new homes with below-market rents.”I'd imagine that in situations like this, the extent of Musk's work and involvement is "I want to build a city for our employees in Texas" and then his team moves forward with determining how realistic the idea is, then they take steps to execute if feasible.I'm sure Musk is a very hard worker and puts in long hours.

I have a close friend who owns two SNF style facilities here in LA.

They all want blackout curtains and in-unit or at least on-site laundry facilities.

I'm trying to figure out the market for such facilities as well as the work and cost involved.

Use our pots/pans/cooking utensils, add on charge.

If you do it consider making some of the kitchens into specialty kitchens, pizza oven, BBQ/smoker, micro brewery, bakery ovens and cooking racks, donut fryers. 

Is there another way to use the facility to generate income and increase NOI?
