There is a lot more to it to because if you're working abroad you'll have "occupancy," issues too since you're working abroad my underwriter would seriously question that and would need significant documentation to back the file up that you're living in your unit.You may get declined on this alone as I see this is the most pressing issue.The gross rents to cover 100% of the PITIA (prin/int/tax/ins/assessments) is a standard guideline requirement of FHA when you're buying multi unit properties and claiming to live in one as a primary.
