There is quite a range of negotiating ability with seller carry......but yes, I do expect to get paid, and there is a lack of "no money down" loans out there, so if all you have to pay are commissions and closing costs isn't that a good gig?

Add anything else you have agreed upon.The realtor will not want them to sale to you because they will lose all or a part of their commission, and they typically say they can sell the property for more if the owner will just list with them.Hope this helps.
