Likely your first step will be hiring a virtual assistant to take care of simple tasks that you might not need to be doing yourself.Also, if your goal is to become a full time investor, what is stopping you?

Some jurisdictions are strict on permits, and some don't care at all. 

Instead of denying them, can we refer them directly over to the owner for them to sign a lease with the owner who is willing to effectively manage the contract, payment and relationship BUT would still want to retain us (albeit for a lower fee) to deliver ONLY guest and property care activities (guest communications, organizing cleaning, lawn and pool care etc). 

My wife and I were able to buy a SFH for our personal residence in 2022 and have since turned our focus on saving for our first investment property. 

In order to minimize this IRS audit risk, be careful choosing the line on which you report interest.
