So I lost faith in him coz I would had had paid back in full to family and even add a little insterest or a gift card to thank for the effort of helping me.    

I no longer use Cozy because I now use a PM and they have their own software that they use. when I started cozy back in 2016 I had a lot more of manual data entry then what cozy has now. tenants can even pay with debit/credit card but they are charged for it.

I currently live in San Diego, born and raised in Phoenix.

I ordered the raising private capitol book bigger pockets just released but wanted to ask the BP community 

I’ve never had a bank even ask for my credit card statement.  

Tenants are currently on a month to month lease and after the upgrades, I plan on raising rents from $1,000/mo to $1,300/mo (in thIs city you can’t raise rents by $600/mo overnight, it has to be step function).

Raise money for a Syndication – This is a great beginner’s way for someone that has a network and wants to get involved in the deal.

There's no W&D hookup in the unit, but I can definitely live with the cards I've been dealt.
