i recently acquired a few properties and discussed what im doing with the owners and they are completely okay with it, now i want to have a buyer pull list before i put under contract and sell, where do i got to have the best results in finding buyers in the las vegas area.I know cold calling and networking but im looking for some sure fire ways to acquire buyers who would be interested in some great deals. please anyone with knowledge please give me a few tips to get a buyers and or buyer lists to call and put in a pool for current and future deals.
