So many people exiting, and even if we all slowed to the ramp speed limit of 35mph I can barely see the sign enough as I am trying to merge, change lanes, etc.There is a reason billboards are so large for when cars are going 60+mph.You want exposure, a driver has like .02 seconds to see it at that speed.

If you're 100% sure you wont find any issues which will prevent you from closing (other than title issues) you can also offer higher escrow money to show them your serious buyer baring any title issues.
