Hello. I am working on getting into large multifamily investing and I was told that I need to make a bio. Since I am still in the early stages of investing, i am not sure what goes into the bio. Does anyone have recommendations, templates or samples for this? Thanks for reading!

@Dashima Carthen-Brown

With little or no experience putting together a bio is difficult.

But remember everyone started somewhere, everyone had their FIRST deal with no experience - so it can be done.

Go back thru your education and work experience to date………

Did you have roles or jobs that are transferable to investing?
Do you have skills that are transferable?

Did you work or were educated in property management, construction, or in banking and lending, accounting? Did you run a team and set up systems etc?

Did you do marketing and social media?

Are you deeply connected to your community and know the neighborhoods like the back of your hand?

You need to tell a story, connect the dots, whereby you demonstrate you have skills applicable to multifamily investing.

Hope this helps.
